First of all, after examining all the details of the villa you want to rent, you must fill in the form completely by selecting the dates you want to stay through the calendar found in the villa rental details of Yedihome.com. When you fill out the form information completely and click the make reservation button, your reservation request will reach our sales representatives and you will be informed via e-mail and sms. This is only a pre-booking and you will be contacted for the final reservation and payment.

 

If you want to make a reservation by phone, you will be asked for the name and villa code of the rental villa you have chosen by contacting us on our corporate company lines 0850 255 08 52 or 0242 255 08 52. After receiving your membership information, the confirmation information of your pre-reservation will be notified to you by mail and SMS as soon as possible. You will be given detailed information about alternative rental villas or your payment.

Yedihome Villa Rental works with pre-reservation before receiving payment in order to eliminate the disruptions and grievances in the rental sector. If the villa is available, you will be informed and requested to make the prepayment.

Important Note: The approved and paid villa rental service is valid as an official contract containing all our company information and your information, together with the Reservation Confirmation e-mail. The content of the contract includes detailed information about your reservation such as the name of the rented villa, the rental date range, the total amount of the villa rental, the prepayment amount for the villa rental. The e-mail or fax you want us to send the contract is within the information you have specified and approved.

 

Payment by Bank Transfer Option (Recommended): When you receive our Payment Confirmation e-mail and SMS regarding the villa you have pre-booked, you will be requested to deposit 35% of the Prepayment. When you make the prepayment for the villa rental, the villa will be reserved on your behalf and you will be able to pay the remaining amount to our staff who greet you on the day of your entry to the villa, by hand or by bank transfer.

Credit Card Payment Option: Although the credit card payment option is not preferred for Yedihome.com, which works with the pre-reservation system, you can pay by credit card for 35% of the villa rental amount, a commission is applied at the rates determined by the banks for installments. Many villa owners want the full payment to be collected in the credit card payment option.
 
Cash (In Hand) Payment Option: You can make your detailed information and prepayment in cash in return for a cash collection receipt by visiting our company headquarters and branches, which have their full addresses on Yedihome.com, in Istanbul Bomonti Şişli, Antalya Muratpaşa Remel Plaza, Antalya Kaş Çukurbağ Village.

Your reservation confirmation will be sent to you in writing by Yedihome Turizm's official e-mail or fax, on the date that all transactions are completed and the prepayment is made. This confirmation will contain information such as the name and code of the villa you have rented, the person renting, the date and time information, the amount to be paid, the prepayment amount, the method of payment.

As Yedihome, we are at your service 24 hours a day for all your problems, complaints and satisfaction regarding the villa you have rented during all your villa rental processes. If you inform us by phone, we will intervene as soon as possible.

Electricity, water, cylinder gas use, garden maintenance, pool maintenance, cleaning at the entrance of the villa are included in the price. If you have a new cleaning service request during your villa rental, you must inform our company a day before, this extra cleaning service is provided for a fee.

Standard villa check-in time is 16:00 in the afternoon (P.M) and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning (A.M.). Between 10:00 and 16:00, cleaning and preparation is done for our next guest. Entrance times can be more flexible if the interview is done before the day of check-in and the availability of the house is confirmed.

In our villa rental services, each of our villas has a different guest capacity, and this number of people is the maximum number of people we have specified in Yedihome.com. We would like to express the sensitivity of our villa owners about the number of people and overcapacity is not allowed. Our children guests (0-5 years old) are also specified in the accommodation options.

As stated on our villa detail pages, the prices do not include VAT. Our company is the Taxpayer of Antalya Corporate Tax Office and all our income is reported to the relevant official offices within the scope of tax laws. Our company issues an intermediary invoice including VAT for all transactions within the scope of its commission.

Our company must be informed in writing by e-mail or fax in order to cancel the reservations and payment confirmation has been received. After the notification, the date range you have reserved is opened for sale. With the resale of the same dates, you can use the amount you paid for the same or a different villa rental service on a different date without interruption.

 

Conditions for Cancellation of Reservation are as follows;

40% (Forty Percent) of the total Advance Payment received in cancellations made 60 days or more before the reservation date,

60% (Sixty Percent) of the total Advance Payment received in cancellations made 60 - 31 days or more before the reservation date,

In case of cancellations made 30 days or less before the reservation date, the total Prepayment received will not be refunded to the customer.

The damage deposit is stated in Turkish Lira on the detail page of the holiday villa you have decided to stay in. Deposit amounts may vary due to the location of the villa, its size, furniture structure and architecture. The damage deposit to be paid by our guest upon entry to the villa is refunded upon check-out if no damage is found.
