On this page you can find all the villas for sale in our portfolio. Each of our listings is based on a written authorisation agreement (yetki sözleşmesi) signed with the owner.
What to check when buying a villa
- Title deed and zoning: Check how the property is described on the tapu (title deed) ("villa", "kargir ev" (masonry house) or "tarla" (field)), its zoning status (imar durumu) and the building permit.
- Occupancy permit: Check whether the pool, any extra floor and outbuildings are included in the building permit and the iskân (occupancy permit).
- Letting: If you plan to let the villa on a daily or weekly basis, you need a permit from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
- Running costs: Work out the complex maintenance fee (aidat), pool and garden upkeep and property tax in advance.
