Your pre-reservations between 1-12 hours at the latest are confirmed or rejected according to the availability of the villa.
The prepayment deposit of 35% of your approved pre-reservation must be made to our bank accounts within 24 hours at the latest from the confirmation time.
As a result of payments not made within 24 hours, your villa rental reservation will be completely cancelled.
In the confirmation e-mail sent to you within the confirmation of your pre-reservation, information about the payment, as well as information such as the date range price of your confirmed reservation, the prepayment amount, the remaining payment amount will be sent to you.
The reservation is definitely not considered confirmed without 35% prepayment and the calendar of the rental villa is not closed for sale.
